At Ma Petite Vie, we do everything possible to ensure that your creations - decorative posters, personalized posters, and birth announcements - are exactly as you imagine them.

1. Delivery Countries

We deliver to France, Europe, and Canada.

2. Delivery Rates

Delivery is free for purchases over €50 in metropolitan France.

Below this amount, shipping costs are €7.90 for home delivery or €4.50 for pick-up points in metropolitan France.

Shipping costs for international deliveries are €14.90.

Any order placed on the Ma Petite Vie website will be prepared and shipped within 3 to 9 working days, subject to payment validation.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

These deadlines may be affected by strikes, export problems, customs modifications, and other external issues for which we cannot be held responsible, or by any other technical problems beyond our control. In such cases, the customer will be informed by email or phone.

3. Right of withdrawal and Refund

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121.20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal for their order. They have 14 days to withdraw and return the items. This period begins from the receipt of the merchandise.

This right is exercised by returning the product, with shipping costs remaining at the customer's expense. It will be the customer's responsibility to keep any proof of this return, which implies that the items are returned by registered mail or by any other means providing a certain date for this shipment. These conditions are not valid for orders of discounted or promotional items, nor for those benefiting from a promotional coupon code. This must be notified in advance and validated with Ma Petite Vie by sending an email to our address contact@mapetitevie.fr stating your order number. It is advisable to return parcels via tracked letter or Colissimo.

Please note that personalized orders (at the customer's request) will not be returned or exchanged.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Ma Petite Vie will make every effort to refund the consumer within a maximum of 14 days. The consumer will then be refunded directly to their bank account.
