At Ma Petite Vie, we do everything we can to ensure that your creations - decorative posters, personalized posters and announcements - are exactly as you imagine them.

1. Countries of Delivery

We deliver to France, Europe and Canada.

2. Delivery Rates

Free delivery is offered for orders over €50 in mainland France.

Below this amount, shipping costs are €7.90 for home delivery or €4.50 for delivery to a relay point in mainland France.

The delivery fee for international deliveries is €14.90.

Any order placed on the Ma Petite Vie website will be prepared and shipped within 2 to 7 working days, subject to payment validation.

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

These delivery times may be affected by strikes, export issues, customs changes, and other external problems beyond our control, or by any other technical problems beyond our control. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email or telephone.

3. Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with Article L 121.20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal on their order. They have 14 days to withdraw and return the items. This period begins upon receipt of the goods.

This right is exercised by returning the product, with shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. The customer must retain proof of return, which requires that items be returned by registered mail or any other method that provides a verifiable date of shipment. These conditions do not apply to orders for sale or promotional items, nor to orders using a promotional coupon code. Such orders must be reported to and validated by Ma Petite Vie beforehand by sending an email to contact@mapetitevie.fr Please include your order number. We recommend returning packages via tracked letter or Colissimo.

Please note that personalized orders (at the customer's request) will not be returned or exchanged.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Ma Petite Vie will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within a maximum of 14 days. The consumer will then be reimbursed directly to their bank account.
