What is the delivery time?

At Ma Petite Vie, we do everything we can to ensure that your creations - decorative posters, personalized posters and announcements - are exactly as you imagine them.

Once your order is confirmed and paid for, it will be printed within 2 to 5 business days . Depending on the finishing touches applied to your invitation, this timeframe may extend up to 7 business days .

Your creation is ready to hit the road to your home to add a unique touch to your interior or announce a special arrival!

What are the delivery rates in France and abroad?

Once your order is validated and payment is received, it will be printed within 2 to 5 business days. Depending on the finishing touches applied to your invitation, this timeframe may extend up to 7 business days.
We collaborate with the following carriers:

  • Chrono Relais (2shop): delivery to the pickup point of your choice (except in unforeseen circumstances, which will be notified to you by email). Only available in mainland France. Delivery time is 2 to 5 days. The price is €4.10.
  • Colissimo home delivery: shipping to your home in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and Andorra). Delivery time is 2 to 3 days. The price is €7.90.
  • Colissimo Europe: shipping to your home in Europe (including Andorra, Switzerland, Corsica, French overseas territories, and England). Delivery time may vary from 1 to 2 weeks. The price is €14.90.

The delivery times indicated above are those provided by the carriers and are for informational purposes only; they are not contractually binding. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or strikes affecting postal services or our carriers.
Shipments to the European Union are made via Colissimo international tracked service, without signature.

Can I ship the products in my order to different addresses?

It is perfectly possible to have your creations delivered to two separate addresses. Simply place two separate orders, choosing the appropriate delivery address for each.

Can I change the delivery address or shipping method for my current order?

You have the option to change the delivery address or shipping method of your order as long as it is being processed and the shipping confirmation email has not yet been sent.

What should I do if I haven't received my order after the estimated delivery date?

As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will automatically receive an email entitled "Your order has been sent", containing all the information relating to your delivery.

This email includes a link allowing you to track the progress of your order step by step.

Remember to check your junk mail folder to ensure you received it.

If you are not home when your package is delivered, it can be left at the nearest pickup point. The address of this pickup point can be found via the tracking link.

If the carrier indicates that the delivery has been made but you have not received your package, we invite you to check the following:


  • Your order has not been delivered to a nearby collection point (information available in the tracking).

  • The package is not in your mailbox.

  • The delivery address provided is correct and complete.

  • No neighbor or concierge received the package for you.

If, after these checks, your package remains untraceable and the delivery deadlines have passed, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution together.

Can I receive my order abroad?

Your orders can be delivered to several European countries. Below is a list of destinations served by our delivery partners:

Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

As well as Andorra, Switzerland, Corsica, French overseas territories, England and Canada.

Which shipping partner will be used to send my order?

Our shipping partners are Colissimo and Chronopost. To track your order, you can use the links below and enter your tracking number:

What are the valid payment methods?

You can pay for your order with:

  • Bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

Are my payments secure?

Yes! All transactions are encrypted and secured using the 3D Secure protocol and Shopify Payments or PayPal 's protected servers. We never have access to your personal banking information .

What guarantees does Shopify offer for payment?

  • Payment authentication to prevent fraud.
  • Secure tracking of all transactions.

Order

I have confirmed my order and would like to modify it afterwards. Is that possible?

Do you want to add products, adjust quantities, or correct an error in your order?

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to request any changes. To do so, please contact us by email at contact@mapetitevie.fr and clearly specify the changes you would like to make. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Please use the email address that was used when placing the order , so that we can quickly identify your file.

Beyond this 30-minute period, no changes can be made .

Please note : any request for modification may result in a longer processing time for your order.

Furthermore, orders may be checked and sent to production outside of our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm). In this case, it is possible that your request may no longer be processed.

How can I cancel my order?

An error has occurred in your order and you wish to cancel it?

In accordance with current regulations, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal , without having to justify your decision, only for non-personalised products .

To exercise this right, please contact us by email at contact@mapetitevie.fr so that we can identify your request.

Announcements, personalized posters and, in general, all products made to measure or personalized at your request , are excluded from the right of withdrawal , in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Therefore, no cancellations, modifications or refunds can be made after the order has been validated for these products.

Please note that orders may be reviewed and sent to production outside of our business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm). In this case, your cancellation request may no longer be processed.

Can I change the delivery address for my current order?

You can modify your delivery by contacting us by email at: contact@mapetitevie.fr

However, this change will no longer be possible once your order is marked as shipped in your customer account, or once you have received the shipping email.

Tips for choosing your birth announcement photos
1. Avoid blurry photos

A blurry photo makes details imprecise and indistinct, which is noticeable in print.

Possible causes: camera movement or subject too close to the lens.

Our advice: take your time! Choose your photos carefully and make sure the main subject is in focus.

Tip: for portraits, the point of focus should ideally be on the eyes.

2. Avoid pixelated photos

A pixelated photo appears "angular" and loses quality when printed.

Possible cause: insufficient resolution. Screens display approximately 72 dpi, while printing requires at least 300 dpi.

Our advice: use high-resolution photos from the outset and avoid images downloaded from the internet or received via messaging applications.

3. Avoid grainy photos

Grainy or "noisy" photos lose clarity and detail.

Possible causes: underexposed photo or ISO too high.

Our advice: ensure sufficient lighting when taking the photo.

4. Avoid underexposed photos

A photo that is too dark makes details and outlines disappear, especially after printing.

Possible causes: backlighting or lack of ambient light.

Our advice: opt for soft and even lighting, preferably natural, and avoid very strong light sources directly in the frame.

5. Avoid overexposed photos

A photo that is too bright "burns out" certain details and makes faces lose their depth.

Possible causes: too much direct light, too powerful flash or excessive post-processing.

Our advice: ensure even lighting, without harsh contrasts, and do not place the flash too close to the subject.

General tip: for a successful announcement, choose bright, clear, and high-resolution photos. Always check the screen preview before printing.

I can't customize my model

Our site is optimized for most internet browsers on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. If you encounter a problem customizing your design, please check that you have the latest version of your browser. If the problem persists, try using a different browser. We recommend Google Chrome.

Is the printout identical to the preview?

Please note that there may be slight differences in color between the invitation you receive and the preview on your screen. This is because color calibration varies depending on the computer monitor. Incorrect settings may result in a color rendering that differs from our printers.

My photo isn't loading, what should I do?

Photos larger than 10MB are too large and will not load. We recommend choosing photos smaller than this size.
