A sparkling summer collection, designed by Marie-Lou

A joyful, gentle, and colorful summer: behind the scenes of the new Ma Petite Vie collection

At Ma Petite Vie , each season is a new graphic adventure. Summer 2025 is no exception, and is already shaping up to be a burst of good cheer and creativity. Behind this new collection of sunny and sparkling posters? Marie-Lou, graphic designer and co-founder of Ma Petite Vie, who has once again blended her gentle and poetic style with the desire to delight both young and old.

For this summer collection , Marie-Lou chose to draw inspiration from simple pleasures: sun-ripened fruit, birds dancing in the sky, bouquets of beautiful days, and numbers to learn while having fun. This series embodies everything that makes up the essence of Ma Petite Vie: bold yet tender colors, a benevolent perspective on the world of childhood, and an attention to detail that invites dreaming.

The collection is an homage to carefree holidays, to bedrooms that smell of sunscreen and picture books, to simple moments spent with family. And this is evident in every image: a bird taking flight, a smiling tomato, a colorful number that almost becomes a game. The overall feel is gentle, the colors pop just the right amount, and the collection is as decorative as it is educational.

Behind each poster, an intention, an emotion, a message

Among the standout visuals of this summer collection, several posters stand out for their graphic strength and message.

Good Mood ,” for example, perfectly encapsulates the brand's spirit: a vibrant illustration where plump, red tomatoes smile beneath a clear message— Good food, good mood . This poster, which could just as easily adorn a kitchen as a child's bedroom, celebrates the pleasure of good food, the joy of life, and gentle humor.

Amore Summer, meanwhile, evokes the Italy of holidays, with its flowing floral patterns and warm colors. It's an ode to love and letting go, redolent of la dolce vita. Ideal for summer décor or for adding a Mediterranean touch to a minimalist interior.

Numbers adds an educational dimension to the collection. By playing with shapes and colors, Marie-Lou transforms learning numbers into a fun and visual experience. It's the perfect poster to support early learning while also beautifully decorating a bedroom or play area.

The poster The Birds stands out for its poetry. Stylized bird silhouettes soar into a blue sky, like an invitation to take flight. Behind the apparent simplicity of the composition lies a reflection on movement, freedom, and imagination.

Finally, Multilove and Summer of Love” play with typography, collage, and vintage references. These posters celebrate love in all its forms, with a vibrant and energetic graphic style. Perfect for a child's bedroom , but also for a living room or hallway, they bring a real touch of cheer.

This diversity of styles and formats allows each family to personalize the collection in their own way. You can choose a single piece to brighten a wall, or combine them in diptychs or triptychs to create a personalized composition.

Behind these creations lies the same desire: to make art accessible, joyful, and meaningful. At Ma Petite Vie , we don't make posters to follow a trend, but to accompany life's moments. The ones we capture in photos, the ones we recall with a smile, the ones that build memories.

This new summer collection is therefore much more than a series of posters. It's an invitation to slow down, to observe, to surround yourself with beauty and authenticity. It's a nod to childhood, to holidays without schedules, to homes that smell of sunshine.

And above all, it's a way of saying that design can be gentle, accessible, and made with heart.
